How We Invest
We invest in pre-seed to seed-stage startups through Capital Investment / Opportunity Fund, the Ideaspace HALO Fund, and the Ideaspace Accelerator Program.
Opportunity Fund
Open year-round
We are on the lookout for post-revenue startups with at least six months of traction, month-on-month growth in revenues, massive market opportunities, and passionate founding teams with strong domain expertise.
Accelerator Program
Application opens annually in June
We onboard five pre-seed startups close to or just securing their first revenues to join the cohort. We invest $10K USD for 1% equity in the selected startups, who then complete a 3-month accelerator from August to October to build scalable tech architecture, rapidly acquire paying customers, and raise their first or next institutional funding round.
OUR STORY
Ideaspace is the Philippines’ premier startup enabler behind IdeaspaceVentures, a VC committed to invest in early-stage Filipino technology startups.
It was established in 2012 by its Chairman, Manny V. Pangilinan with the vision of supporting Filipino tech entrepreneurship, and is backed by First Pacific, Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC), PLDT-Smart, Meralco, and Maynilad, along with various public and private organizations.
